UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer one standard delivery option for UK customers. Charges apply to orders below £50. £2.95 is automatically applied at the checkout to orders below £50.
Dispatch of orders takes place within 1-3 working days, with delivery taking 2-3 working days. We use a trusted national courier service for all our orders which provides a tracking service. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to your telephone number and email address being shared with our courier in order to provide you with up to date tracking information. If you wish to opt-out of this service then please contact email@example.com. Standard delivery orders to most areas of Mainland UK should arrive within four working days. Exceptions to this are deliveries to AB and DD postcodes, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these areas will take up to seven working days to arrive.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, in the case of returns by post. To return an item by post, please contact customer services by email email@example.com
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
You also have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We are happy to arrange our courier to return the item at the closest available drop off point, or from your address. If you select collection from your address then you must be present for the courier. If you choose to use our courier the cost will be deducted from the total refunded. You will be advised of this cost before accepting to use this service.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refund to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from KENDALL & COMPANY.CO.UK Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our Customer Services Team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:
• 14th April 2017 - Good Friday
• 17th April 2017 - Easter Monday
• 1st May 2017 - Early May Bank Holiday
• 29th May 2017 - Spring Bank Holiday
• 28th August 2017 - Summer Bank Holiday
• 26th December 2017 - Boxing Day
• 27th December 2017 - Christmas Day (substitute day)
Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over International Bank Holidays.

Kendall & Co reserves the right to (i) cancel this Offer at any time; (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in this Offer (iii) decline to accept order where, in its opinion, an Offer code is invalid for the order being placed and (iv) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers).
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
